Refund policy

We want you to be happy with what you've bought. If something isn't right, email julia@juliascott.co.nz with your order number and we'll sort it out.
Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 sit alongside this policy and are not limited by anything written here.
Feeding gear
- You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
- For health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of feeding products that have been used, washed, or removed from sealed packaging — unless the item is faulty.
- Return postage is at your cost for change-of-mind returns. If the item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we'll cover it.
- Once your return arrives we'll refund the original payment method, usually within 5 business days.
Faulty or damaged items
Email us with your order number and a photo. Depending on the fault you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Guarantees Act, and we'll cover return postage.
Starting Solids Online Course
The course is delivered digitally and in full, immediately after purchase.
- Before you access it: if you haven't yet signed in to the course, redeemed your App Store code, or claimed your gift, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
- After you access it: because the whole course is available from the moment you sign in, we're not able to offer refunds for change of mind once it's been accessed.
- App Store codes: once a code has been redeemed against an Apple Account it cannot be reversed, reused, or reissued by us.
- Gift links: fully refundable at any time while the gift is still unclaimed. Once claimed, it's treated as accessed.
- Wrong email address? Don't request a refund — just email us and we'll move your access to the right address.
None of this affects your rights if the course is faulty, isn't as described, or isn't fit for purpose.
Discounted course purchases
If you bought the course at a discount because you also bought feeding gear, and you later return that gear while keeping the course, we may reduce your refund by the value of the discount you received.
